Hudson Valley Magazine
The following are the products of my summer 2021 internship with Today Media Inc. in the editorial department of Hudson Valley Magazine and The Valley Table. In this role, I had the incredible opportunity to write my own articles as well as collaborate with other interns, staff writers and freelancers on several larger products. Because of the collaborative nature and because many of these stories have yet to be published or in some cases, put into design templates, I have singled out my writing below. In addition to my own writing, I had the opportunity this summer to sharpen my editing skills by conducting photo outreach, copy-editing, fact-checking and proofreading articles written by others for the July, August, September, and October print issues as well as for online publication.
